yes, I already Googled it. Still not sure if it is real - a lot of people are claiming Photoshop, and I am neither familiar enough with Photoshop nor with penises to be able to tell for myself.

It is a thing that happens sometimes. It's very uncommon, sure, and I'll bet most people have surgery to remove one. But I think people are way too quick to call photoshop on things that are outside the norm.
