Did you know they filmed an alternate ending? It's the ending it should have had, imo. When the Queen dies, so does everyone she infected, and only Casey and Zeke are left and they get the hell out of Dodge. As a (former) Casey/Zeke slasher, I and my fellow slashers loved that ending.
