Not the stalker anon, but I don't really get how it's stalking if they're only bothering them here and occasionally comment on how they don't like them. Harassment, sure, but I don't really see that as stalking. Jaybe posts enough that you're going to run into her here if you like it or not.

I've DONE that since. I've kept my writing stuff to the writing thread unless it was relevant or brought up.

And even so two rights don't make a wrong. I should be able to have a conversation about canon worlds without someone bursting int. And IIRC I apologized for the last time that happened.

Is there something inherently egotistical about wanting to have a conversation about canon worlds. From established canons. Fandom canons?

I know you probably won't believe this, but I'm not actually trying to be horrid. I genuinely think that's why you have a troll turning up on your threads. Some people just cannot handle a seemingly arrogant attitude that they view as unjustified.

Yeah, I've been trying to avoid her lately because of that. I don't want to cause a big deal about it or anything, especially with the trolling she's getting, but her attitude lately has really been rubbing the wrong way. :/

and really I don't talk about stories and my characters because I want everyone to love me or something....I just sometimes lapse into talking about what makes me happy. Sometimes I have a tendency of falling back on topics that make me happy and comfortable. I know It's something I've got to work on , which is why I've been working on it lately. It kinda bothers me that that makes people assume I'm an arrogant asshole.

I don't maybe it seems obnoxious to like talking about your ideas. But...all throughout school I was made to feel like I was "special ed" and "stupid" and this is like...ONE THING..ONE THING I can feel like I'm good at.

You know it is not that hard to ignore comments, I do it all the time. Heck there are users I tend to never read the comments of because what they write don't tend to interest me, but do you know what I do? I put on my big girl pants and ignore it.

Is it possible that those things are all in how you're reading her comments? I sometimes am not interesting in jaybie's threads, but I have interacted with her a lot and I never got the impression she was arrogant. She talks about herself and what she's writing? So does everybody else here. This is a place where people post secrets about themselves. GC is pretty much all "What are you doing today?" "What is your favorite or least favorite ___" "Hey FS I have a personal problem what do you think I should do?" If you don't like someone's comments it is really not that hard to scroll. Nobody is here to cater to your whims.
