Clark and Lex from Smallville. I only watched the first couple seasons but I loved them so much. (Though at the time they were mostly friends, obviously it didn't stay that way.)

I'm way more of a Xena/Gabrielle shipper, but ngl, the idea of Xena/Callisto is kind of fascinating in a fucked up way.

Oh, and of course Charles and Erik. There are probably a million others I can't think of atm.
