Least favorite because it is hard to choose.

Your girlfriend and mom* switch bodies. So your mom's mind in your GF body and GF mind in mom's body. The only way to change them back is to sleep with one of them**. Which do you sleep with?

*Or BF and Dad, BF and mom, etc
**Or they both die horrible deaths, whatever

You can make this harder by saying that you can not knock them out when you do it.

Agh, I haven't heard that one. I actually don't find it that hard to choose though. Totally awful regardless, of course, but I would go with GF mind in mom's body. I do not want my mom to experience sex with me, or vice versa.

Edit: And I could make my GF recite our inside jokes in a funny accent the whole time.
