I didn't go to mine because I didn't feel like going to an expensive party with people I barely knew. I'd stayed in touch with all the people I cared about (with only one exception) and I didn't want to spend $80 to go it. My friend went, and reported back that $80 got you a party in a basement room at the Marriott with terrible food, "nostalgic" music, and a cash bar. ($80 and a CASH BAR. That's my high school for you, super classy!)

So, yeah, I'm not into that kind of thing. ;)
