Re: as we go from one anime season to the next

Bakumatsu Rock continued to be amazingly stupid right up to the end, which featured naked singers with angel wings singing in a circle around little kid shogun until the power of rock made his clothes fly off. I'm gonna miss that big dumb show.

Free Eternal Summer was fun, but I would've liked it better with less Sousuke and more Team Iwatobi. The focus on Rin and Haru doesn't bother me at all because they're the leads, but I just don't give a crap about Sousuke. Didn't really like that it feels like Rei and Nagisa basically got one episode each and then more or less shoved aside for the rest of the season.

DMMD needed more gay. Why do anime companies adapt BL games and get rid of all the BL? Anime based on H-games don't get rid of all the romance (and occasionally even keep the sex. See: Yosuga no Sora). At least Love Stage picked up the slack in that department.

Looking forward to the new Psycho Pass, plus more Chaika and Yowapedal. I'm kinda starting to enjoy the whole split cour trend, it makes it easier to pick up new series when half my shows from the previous season take a season off. (Even if the cliffhangers can be...special. Oh, Aldnoah.)

I agree on Free! and Yowapedal. I love that silly biking show and I must see them crush Midousuji.
