...I'm sort of getting the impression this whole thing was bait to lure out the suicide-encouragement anon, but if not:

Recognizing the feelings you have don't reflect reality is an important step. You might consider a crisis hotline or walk-in counseling, if any is available. It will get better, just take it a day at a time -- or if that won't work, an hour at a time.

No, I really am in a pretty awful mental place right now. Just letting out about it has helped a little, but I know I'm going to have to go deeper than that.
