I read The Handmaid's Tale.

I picked up 7 Jules Verne Novels at the library today but then I sat down and went online so. I dunno if I'll get to that.

I can't tell you the number of times I have done that. I did it TWICE with House of Leaves before I finally got a copy for Christmas. I rent them and then they just hang out on my desk until I have to return them.

The Handmaid's Tale is supposed to be very depressing right?

It's definitely not uplifting, but I wasn't depressed after reading it. It was emotional and thought-provoking. I guess it crushed my soul a little, but in a good way.
