Nanako indeed finds out that her brother is her brother. They all have a good laugh about it. After a lot of stalling, Kaoru-no-kimi decides to go ahead and marry him. Some years later, Nanako gets a letter from her brother announcing that Kaoru has given birth to their first child. The End.
