There are plenty of wonderful people out there in the world that you'd be compatible with and could have a fulfilling relationship with.

I think what puzzles me the most about this secret is that if you really feel so hopeless that you'll never have a fulfilling love life there are certainly more than one couple you could point to. Why this one in particular?

That said, I agree with the others on this post - how do you know you won't? How do you know there isn't someone out there for you? :)

You're right. I don't know why they've affected me so much (well, awesome RL f/f couples tend to do so much more strongly than m/f couples for obvious reasons). I guess it has to do with their history and Ella's beliefs before she met Erin, but I find their story so unique and special, the kind of thing that can't be easily replicated. IDK why I'm torturing myself with that instead of focusing on the thought that if I get something similar, it doesn't have to be a copy of it to be special in its own way, but to be fair I made this secret when I was in a much worse emotional place so I can see now how ridiculous it all sounds. Apologies, and thanks for the positive response. :)
