You have a time frame of an hour to get somewhere. If you call a taxi at the start of that hour and they say they're going to show within 5 - 10 minutes, but it's already 45 minutes of a no show. Would you cancel your plans or stick around?

Cancel, i mean - unless you can get where you're going in fifteen minutes, what's the point? Or, unless arriving way late makes no difference...... But wait, no - not cancel - call the taxi after fifteen minutes and ask them wtf is going on and get another one.
