Eh, with SDCC I managed to get into the panels I'd planned to. Had to sit through a Phineas and Ferb panel to get to the Nick!TMNT one (which was worth it, as a little girl asked where all the "girl superheroes" were in the P&F/Marvel crossover, and the initial 'Woah, did we just get told' reaction from the showrunners while trying to asspull an answer was priceless, haha), which was about the only "camping" I did at the con.

But yeah, the lines got old real quick. Especially when it came to the Exhibition Hall/Dealer Room. Hell, I remember there was some sort of True Blood-related thing going on that gridlocked an entire section of the place and people were packed in like sardines and couldn't get through easily. *shudder*

Is it easy to camp? I mean, they don't clear the room between the panels?

(That packed in feeling doesn't sound very pleasant, ugh.)

iirc, it depends. Some of them, they'll let you camp through panels (I did this an entire Saturday morning to get to a Green Lantern panel in the afternoon. I knew more about Batman than I ever did after that, haha), others they don't and clear the room between panels.

I do know that with Hall H -aka the mack daddy of them all-, once you're in, you can't go out at all or else you'll lose your seat. I want to say they have bathroom passes, but I'm not 100% sure. (Anyone want to correct/corroborate on this one?)
