Erm... how about Levi the Jew? Being short is part of a set of stereotypes used to describe Jewish people. Yeah, old religions and what country you were from (as long as your race is the same) don't mean much anymore in AOT, but in my hc Levi is Jewish and Eren is a German Turk.
