Does Fringe get terrible or depressing? Or is the plot just heading towards something you don't care about?

Yes, our vets' office is open til noon on Saturday and also Wed. evening for a couple hours (there are three of them, two of whom are mother-daughter, which I think is pretty cool; I'm assuming they do a rotation of evenings/Saturdays). It's not that unusual; our previous vet, now retired, also had Sat a.m. hours.

As for Fringe, it (from what I've read) starts going into a parallel universe with most of the same characters, but they're different, personality wise, from the ones in our universe, obviously. I like the weird shit of the week thing they had in the first season...and tbh, I'm not sure I care enough about the characters to care if they survive whatever happens within/without the parallel universe(s).
