There are many, many fics on the internet that are disturbing in some capacity. As long as they've got the appropriate warnings (mind the publish dates, though, as the exhaustive warnings list is a newer thing), then spare yourself the angst and scroll on by.

For example, I have no idea why people like vore. I don't like vore, so I don't read fics with warnings for vore. Again, this is presuming the fic is warned for - but you just seem to be complaining about disturbing content rather than lack of warnings.
