That brings up another point: a guy who gets drunk and has sex isn't presumed to have been raped. If drinking takes away your ability to consent, then...uh...what?

A guy could be blackout drunk and if he has sex with an intoxicated woman, people would still say he is the one at fault. Because for some reason, women have been turned into constant victims who are not responsible for their own actions EVER.
