Those non-white and female people are just complaining about nothing!! Victim complexes, the lot of them! It's just their defeatist and whiny attitudes holding them back.

The problem of course is you're dismissing any suggestion that race and gender might have an effect on a person's life.

I think that person thinks it doesn't, because when it was said downthread that people make assumptions based on race and gender, they responded with "oh so you're a mindreader then?" I mean, that's a pretty basic facet of racism and sexism, right there. Hell, it's a basic facet of how we interact with people in society in general (and many, many studies have demonstrated that it happens). Even when we try our best not to have it be so, we base part of our first impressions on outward appearances, and on the categories and stereotypes that those appearances call to mind.

How do you know they're the same person out of interest? I just seem anons, and to be honest her attitude isn't great and I can legit see a lot of people being pissed off by it.

I didn't realize face blindness also caused people to not notice skin color or gender.

Skin color I struggle to identify. Gender is easier because of anatomy.
