Re: s2 spoilers (i'm so glad there are people for whom this stuff is gonna be spoilers now)

While true, Season 2 suffered a bit from executive meddling (not making it bad, but downgrading it from epic to good), and Nox was just more compelling. especially with his special (which I watched before the last four episodes and I think is a better sequence of viewing)

Right after 'Rubilax' is the ONLY time anyone should be watching Nox's special. It's the puppet callbacks that seal the deal.

And I'm not a big fan of the way a lot of the characterization goes off the rails in S2, but I love the goofy-ass lore and it gets way more into it then, so it's give and take.
