Innit more of an adventure game? There's no separate battle screen or anything. When I watched my friend play it it reminded me more of Zelda than, say, Final Fantasy or Tales, minus the flying.

(says the gaming n00b. I only watched him for the final boss battle.)

They call RPGs of that sort "Action RPGs". If there's still some sort of stat system and EXP to level up, it's considered an RPG regardless of the battle system, I think.

Hell, some people call Zelda an RPG but that one, I'll argue against. HAHAH KH is definitely an RPG though.

AH, OKAY. Which I would probably know if I'd bother to play it, but I'm afraid I'd spend too much time trying to figure out how to kill Donald and Goofy.

Disney in general makes me go dkghlskdgh, especially the mascot characters, so it's highly unlikely I'll make it far through the game without wanting to break something.

Maybe I'll try it eventually. But it's pretty low on my priority list. :(

Not having a separate battle screen doesn't make a game not an RPG - KotOR, Vagrant Story, and FFXII don't, and they're all at least mostly RPGs.

KH is part adventure game, but a lot of people classify it as an adventure RPG or something similar (or just call it an RPG out of the ease), since it has elements of both.

To chime in with everyone else, Kingdom Hearts is an action RPG. And actually, Zelda is often classified as an action RPG as well.

Sly Cooper, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet and Clank

(though choose wisely between J&D and R&C because usually if you play one first you're almost guaranteed to not like the other. Hate being a strong word.)
