All of the NuWho Doctors have been douchey in varying ways, but Twelve takes the cake.

Twelve is douchey (and I like it) but he doesn't seem... self-absorbed (I guess is the word I'm looking for) in the same way Ten was.

I loved Ten in the beginning. I thought he was funny and energetic and interesting in different ways from Nine. Then towards the end it seemed like he went down a Me Me Meeeee path even to the point of being all, "NOOOOO I DON'T WANT TO DIEEEE" like regeneration isn't a thing he's done before. It was very offputting.

Twelve is douchey, but Ten ended upwith somewhat of a God complex.

All Classic Doctors were douchey too (yes, even five and two). The Doctor has a massive douchey streak in his character, always has done. The Doctor has always been willing to run roughshod over other people's rights, opinions, and feelings. Anyone that claims otherwise is a damned liar.

One of my favourite things about Six is what a complete douche he is. He was a bastard and he knew it and just didn't give a fuck. I just wish Six and Peri could have gotten space married and had old married couple adventures for years where they snarked at each other and then done sex and yelled at other.
