What's the worst/meanest/most immoral thing you've ever done?

I honestly can't think of anything particularly heinous or evil I've done.

I'd have to go for laughing uncontrollably when breaking up with a long term (years) girlfriend, like doubled over gasping for air. Out of some nervous tick, but it wasn't great. And then making some really unpleasant accusations about her obsessive controlling father.

Doujinshi wise the latter is going to be something on the level of Mai-Chan's Daily Life meets Junji Ito or Fraken Fan when I was perhaps fourteen (can't remember the specific title and don't care to). The former is a search me question, you're going to have to define it for me, but I'd say pretty fucking out there.
