Supernatural. Mostly due to the creepy RPF people among it, and the disturbing amount of extreme underage fic.

Also the One Direction fandom, as I associate the band with my younger cousins. It also disturbs me a bit to see how much really kinky fic there seems to be for that fandom (judging by what I've seen while browsing through tags for different kinks on AO3), because again, I associate it with my cousins and I really don't want to think about them stumbling upon a lot of that :/
