The village of Arlington Heights' sole source of income is pulling people over for speeding, and they give no fucks about who they pull over. So one bright autumn morning Officer Skinhead pulled me over because my car was supposedly going 90. It couldn't even do 65 without rattling itself to pieces, so I dunno what the fuck.
