Kabuto's never betrayed someone he was actually loyal to, but he's turned on a hell of a lot of people after he led them to believe he was loyal to them. And he is so good at his job most of them never saw it coming. And his emo backstory doesn't show up for a very long time.

You could argue that Sasuke also never betrayed any authority he was actually loyal to, since there's no concrete evidence he was ever actually loyal to Konoha/Orochimaru/Madara, but he did seem to be kinda loyal to the various teams he was part of, and he betrayed those too. But his emo backstory was present from very early on, and he's a lot more honest about what he's doing than Kabuto.
