Largest: Either MCU or Teen Wolf, I'm not actually sure which is bigger by sheer number of fans.

Smallest: All those little Yuletide fandoms I've kicked around in. Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas was also small for obvious reasons (relatively unknown cartoon made by someone not Disney.)
