Honestly, most of the "big" fandoms on tumblr-- Doctor Who, Supernatural, Sherlock, Hannibal.

I enjoy some of the source material, and I've definitely read my fair share of fic for some of them, but I wouldn't touch the actual fandom with a 10 foot pole. The batshit that emanates from some of them is genuinely terrifying. (I say as someone who was pretty deep into the Harry Potter fandom in its heyday...)
