Mulan. Lion King and Sleeping Beauty are my favorite Disney movies, but Mulan is my favorite leading lady. Not just because she's action girl, but because she's proactive, she knows what she wants, and she wants to protect her family. She speaks up for herself and for others. She's what I want to be. Belle is pretty awesome too.
