I don't understand the question. Are you saying that your bill didn't include everything you actually ordered?

I think they mean if something goes wrong with an order and a manager removes an item so they don't have to pay.

Except it's usually more I was too picky to eat the food I ordered and they took it off the bill even though I said they shouldn't. :/
