Ridiculously small accomplishments you are really proud of.

I was on my exercise bike for a full hour and my legs didn't want to kill me when I got off.

Also, I drew a man, a man with a BEARD, and it doesn't look like complete crap! GO ME!

I managed to spend time with my ex without revealing how much I miss her. Then I managed to stay away from her after that despite the temptation to spend more time with her.

I remembered to reply to all of my relatives' birthday emails this year. Wooooh!

I painted a thing! The wrong color, once it dried and I got a better look at it, but the coat came out really nice. And then I decided the original color I had planned wasn't a good idea anyway so I had to go out and buy lavender paint instead of tangerine. I'm still not sure if it's the right color. We'll find out.

TBH not giving up on working out and 'dieting' even though I can't tell if I've lost weight in weeks. I'm fucking lazy and would rather spend that hour every day playing video games, but I don't.

Texting my friend on the other side of the country Happy Thanksgiving right when I was conscious and functioning. Her boyfriend just told me hoe much it meant to her, being thought of from so far away.

I actually managed not to gain weight since spring. I have lost a considerable amount, but I sort of plateau-ed for a couple of months, which is the dangerous part for me, but i just managed to stay on-weight even when not actively losing (including on holiday).

I've lost 50 lbs. over the past several months. I guess it might not seem ridiculously small to some people but considering how much more weight I have to lose it seems like an insanely tiny amount. :( I'm happy I've lost that much so far though.

I felt like a handyman yesterday night--i hammered some nails into the back my closet and then tightened some screws in the bathroom. That is the extent of my handyman work, and I am disproportionately proud of it :)

My plant isn't dead yet. It's been over four months now.

Also, I can make origami birds no bigger than the width of my thumbnail.

I stayed up really late sketching fanart of a ship that I have been in love with for seven years, but never had the courage to draw. I'm so happy, lol.
