Any favorites? Mine have to be the X-Wing book series and anything written by Zahn.

Zahn all the way and Stackpoole's X-Wing books (the Alstone ones weren't as much my favorite). I actually started reading Zahn's other books as a result of falling in love with his Star Wars ones.

Really, I liked them all, though, even the bad ones like Crystal Star. Because they were the only scifi I could get my hands on and they were all Star Wars and the characters I loved.

I've read most of them (even the bad ones, like all the one with Callista and all the way through the trilogy after NJO)

There was some website years ago when Survivor's Quest was released would allow you to preorder it and Zahn would sign it. Definitely one of my prized books in my collection.
