I'm...gonna admit I did this with a fic once. I was relying on the context to indicate that the Cyrillic parts were the character swearing in the background. Sort of like how comic strips use $%^&#$%&#$^! for swears. I'm not sure how well it worked out, but I was happy to have it there as a bilingual bonus, because if you could read and understand Russian, you would know that that character has a vile pottymouth.
