If you can throw it in there without making it seem too OTT, or an attempt to be pointlessly gross just to heap on the grossness, I'd say go for it. How much detail you go into when describing it will also be a contributing factor, as well as whether or not you're going to mention it again (or have repercussions directly stemming from it). I've never read anything like that in fic, but I've heard of it happening in real life, so.

Unfortunately, other people might not react favorably, particularly those who went in there in search of a nice wank.
