See, this is why Ukraine should not be a member. The population of that area of Ukraine wished to rejoin with Russia were suffering pretty severe discrimination from the rest of Ukraine. According to the principle of Self-Determination, the attempted crushing of that breakaway segment by the Ukrainian military (and the foreign based coup against the previous Ukraine government) meant that Russia was on the side of the angels on this one. NATO was causing far more harm than good, and definitely needs reform itself.

You know from what I saw in personal blogs and tweets I agree with this. Though you can't trust anyone, even the people who saw it firsthand.
