I run an askblog

1. get a secondary, tumblr is designed to make sideblogs easy.

2. not weird, I don't think? I don't do RP on my blog, though if someone with an in-character blog asks mine a question I do reply as if that character is asking.

3. tag at least your first few asks with the series and character name. eventually people will notice you, especially if you're active.
