lkfsdjflskj yesss. Especially with that one, it's like - you watch the episode and it's tragic and sweet and so you can't help but cry along with Ash and Pikachu. But it's FIVE MILLION TIMES WORSE when you go back to it because you realize Butterfree never shows up again. I want to smack the animators for that. IT WAS HIS FIRST POKéMON CATCH, DAMN IT. GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE SCREEN TIME.

...sorry for caps, I have issues with that whole thing. :|

No, I totally hear you. And that song? The one that translates what Catterpie and Pikachu were saying to each other, and Catterpie is talking about being a Butterfree and flying? I can't find it right now I don't think but it KILLS ME EVERY TIME and I'm WAY TOO OLD FOR THAT and I'm done now. *sigh*
