The cap is from the scene where Fitz was commenting on Mack's physique.

I'd comment on that physique too. Fitz has good taste.

It gets better. It was Fitz' hallucination of Jemma commenting extensively on how good Mack looks. He eventually points out that of course he agrees with everything she's saying, given that she's a figment of his subconscious.
