it's a weird tradition that harkens back to the days when fs was still of livejournal and I don't even remember why it started back then (I just remember all the anons saying "hi dethtoll" to every comment, which is pretty mild compared to what's happening now). back then, a lot of named users had groupie trolls but it seems like dethtoll is one of the few now who still consistently has one (well, him and jaybie although theirs seems especially vicious)

The fucking hi dethtoll anon, lol. I remember them. They'd seek out the most offensive, racist/misogynist/whatever anon comment they could find and post "hi dethtoll" as if it were supposed to be me saying horrible things.

At least it took more effort than "*tips fedora*" -- they had to actually go looking for other peoples' terrible comments instead of just spamming mine.

Freakin' trolls, man, they don't make 'em like they used to.
