Yes, I would have had more of a problem with that. Plus, Ivy only appeared briefly so they do have room to backtrack, especially since it was in the pilot and weird stuff in pilots often get retconned.

The Ivy thing is so weird though because everyone else has their canon real name. Heck, they even know who Crispus Allen is, which excites me since I'm pretty sure someone involved with this has read Gotham Central.
