This is the blog where he made an ass of himself in the comments: http://radishreviews.com/2014/02/10/oh-dear-sfwa-bulletin-petition/

OK frankly I don't see any of what your secret is saying about Silverberg, in those comments. (Did he edit himself?) Admittedly, I come down on the side of anti-censorship, here, no matter how odious the material attempting to be censored. The SJWs taking over fandom, especially semi-pro fandom, is what keeps me far, far, away from any fanac (excepting FS) these days, tbph with you.

I thought it was a professionally edited magazine for professional writers that is supposed to have content that is of use to the specific audience.

This blogger is kidding, right? It's a union rag, written by union members. Always has been. Any wonder they're frothing over the SJWs taking them to task. The cover notwithstanding. *eyes bookshelf* I take it you would be sorely displeased with the vast majority of the covers of my secondhand purchases, OP. Protip: The cover NEVER ever ever EVER had any bearing on what was inside, "back in the day." Think that's what they were referencing?

As to the content itself. Better that they open their mouths and show themselves fools, than be silenced, and no one is the wiser? <-- my two credits' worth.

I understand Vox Day has a blog. He can use it to his heart's content, as can Silverberg for that matter, should he have one. But anyone who runs their own platform for promulgating messages needs to decide for themselves who they'll let stand on that platform. Ultimately, it's the readers who make the judgment, reading what interests them and turning away from platforms that provide too little or don't filter enough, and I think SFWA made the right choice in what to filter.
