The Incredibles, Meet the Robinsons, The Sound of Music, Arsenic and Old Lace, My Big Fat Greek Wedding (which may or may not count to you), The Mummy Returns, Red 2, True Lies, Coneheads, Captain Ron, and Legally Blonde 2.

That's all I can think of right now, and the genres vary, but there are plenty of happy couples in movies (fewer in shows) and while they have their problems, they are neither boring nor needless drama.
