Dude, if it's actually this bad, you need therapy. You've probably recognized by now that you have issues in terms of how much you react to stuff to the point where it is actively interfering in your ability to live a normal life. If nothing else the way everyone else is responding should highlight the fact that you aren't able to cope the way you are with modern society and aren't able to live without constant stress. It's perfectly possible to care about stuff but also cope with caring about stuff. Stop implying other people don't care - they do, they just deal with it a damn sight better than you're doing now.

You sound exactly like those people who are all 'I have had tons of horrible relationships and they were all bad and I WISH I WAS ASEXUAL BECAUSE THEN I WOULDNT HAVE TO BE IN ANY' - that's not how any of this works. You think that if you didn't are you'd be less affected. That's stupid, because what you're really saying is 'I wish I didn't have to encounter the realities of life so much / I wish I didn't have to confront the fact that I have issues with coping with normal life so much'.

Seriously. Therapy or counselling or something. You don't sound healthy at all.
