Series: TOS or DS9, I genuinely can't choose between them
Captain: Sisko, by a mile. I loved the things he struggled with.
Friendship: Spock & McCoy, forever and a day
Episode: DS9's "The Die is Cast" (Odo & Garak), DS9's "In the Pale Moonlight" (Sisko), TOS' "Miri" and "Empath" (shut up, I love sacrifical Bones), ENT's "Cease Fire" (because Vulcan vs Andorian honour/shirtiness)
Human character: Dr Leonard H. McCoy, by a country mile
Alien character: ... I don't know. I always love the aliens more. I adore Spock, Shran, Garak, Odo, Kes, B'Elanna, Tuvok, T'Pol, T'Pau, Sarek, Q, Data and the Doctor if we're including human-constructed non-humans ... Um. Um. Okay. Sarek and Shran. We'll go with them. Also Garak. Garak, Sarek, and Shran?
Alien species: Vulcans. Possibly obviously. Sorry, I just glommed onto Spock way back when and never looked back. Although once Shran happened, I fell hard for Andorians too.
