Is there a place in the world where black people, and only black people, suffer for being black? Not Asians, Indians, Middle-Easterners, or anyone else?

The answer is no. Therefore black people don't suffer racism.

Where I live, all non-white people suffer from racism, but the ways are different depending on their particular race. There are practices targeted for the most part at black people, and others targeted at Asians, etc. which happen because of stereotypes about that race.
