Ugh, my sympathies, OP. I've just had to unfollow a person because they kept spamming my dash with stuff related to a non-canonical het pairing in which characters A and B are canonically good friends. YKINMK, but if there is one thing that drives me up the wall! For once we get a canonical M&F friendship on TV and the shippers immediately turn it into yet another bland love story.

The anime's only 12 episodes if you ever do decide, but while I found it really cute and funny, it doesn't especially strike me as your sort of thing.
