I felt like that a lot when I was younger. I think many people do, but they're too busy quietly freaking out that they don't realize that 1) it's not as obvious as you think and 2) everyone else is too busy trying to manage their own anxieties and probably think YOU'RE the calm one.

But yes, I think it's time to talk with your parents and/or school counselor about this. Anxiety and feeling dumb is a regrettably inevitable part of growing up, but in your case, it's truly upsetting and needs to be dealt with. Please talk to someone. I promise you, it's not as bad as it seems even though it's hard to see things any other way right now.
