See a doctor. Skip the ER. Urgent Care is cheaper if you don't have insurance and are in the US and you will get the same treatment. Less than a hundred bucks versus a few thousand.

But go to the doctor!

But if it's sepsis or something like that, UC won't cut it. I work in an ER and we often get referrals from UC because they can't treat something.

WTF? That is terrible advice, Urgent Care is NOT the same as ER and if your problem is serious enough to warrant considering the ER, you'll just waste your time and money because UC won't treat it, they'll simply send you to the ER because they don't have the facilities to treat you properly. Stop telling people this, you could kill someone. :(
