Well, yes, that would be sort of implied by losing weight. But I'd say...for the better?

I still eat all major food groups. I eat more fruit, vegetables and yoghurt. I drink more water. I cut down on sugar and fast food. That's about it?

You've triggered a hormonal change in your body with your diet, you'll just have to ride it out until your metabolism stabilises too. You may possibly be eating too little too. What is your approx daily calorie intake?

I don't count calories, actually, but I'd say - between 1200-1600 calories? it differs a bit from day to day, and I do have cheat days.

I definitely do not eat so little as to feel weak or unhealthy.

Now that you mention hormonal change, though, my period's also been lighter for the past 3 or 4 months.

Try eating less starchy food and go for more whole grains.

I don' eat that much starchy stuff to begin with...but, I can try.
