But only when the writers get tired of the push-pull they have going on right now.

I can see where people would conclude that Sheldon is asexual, but I think I agree with you that he's not. Maybe he has a low sex drive and just hasn't been interested (he certainly seemed to like the kisses on the train). I think the writers have kind of been putting forward the case that he's a literal manchild - that his intellect raced ahead of everything else and he's developmentally delayed, emotionally, socially, and sexually.

I like kisses. I like hugs. I do not have much sexual interest at all and consider myself asexual. Asexual =/= low sex drive.

...isn't that their point? they said that they don't view him as being asexual and they think he has a low sex drive instead, which means they think that being asexual and having a low sex drive are separate things
