I don't know why I air quoted the pretty once and not both times I used it, probably because it is an expression I would never normally use.Oh and to add my opinion into this too: I don't want to watch films or tv shows where I don't find any of the characters attractive on some level. I feel that that is also a part of the production quality of the medium. I don't see why that would make my views any less worth than anyone elses, I might be slightly shallow for thinking like that. But to this day I can't think of anything I have watched where I didn't find at least one of the actors or actresses attractive on some level.
Which reminds me of a discussion we had in a lecture during the first year of my degree.
